MSHA is the largest health care system in northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia, bringing care to a medically undeserved population. Pharmacists at the Dispensary of Hope provide education, medication therapy management and medications to people with diabetes. Patients also were provided an ophthalmologic examination at no cost to them.
